What is the minimum version of FRESHDESK I can have to support integration with FreshChat?
I have been testing Freshdesk and FreshChat for our services.
But after downgrading and testing the free version. I noticed a few things.
FreshChat gets stuck in "creating a ticket" on an active chat.
I also notice that the options to check the Admin API code is gone in FreshDesk.
Do I need any of the advanced plans to allow the integration with one and another?
I ask because I notice that FreshChat seems to have the free integration with FreshDesk. But not the opposite?
