Questions about modifying dashboard

Hello, new FreshDesk user here.  I would like help modifying my dashboard.  Is there any tutorials for this?  In particular I would like to be able to modify it to show the following metrics:

  • New tickets
  • Labor by tech
  • Average first response time
  • Average ticket close time
  • Ticket history
  • Top 5 ticket creators
  • Category breakdown

I think I've found a few of those things in the Reports but in particular I can't find anything which shows the top ticket creators or category breakdown.  Any suggestions?  Thanks!
