Problem with sending a reply to ****@veteran.bz

 

This situation occurred when one of our company's Agents responded to the tickets starting two weeks ago, but there was no problem with the sending and reply of the tickets, but can this situation be resolved? 

The same domain (***.bz) emails of the company are used, and other Agents There is no such problem.
