Freshworks Community posting guidelines

Welcome to the Freshworks Community! A global buzzing community of CX, ITSM, marketing, and sales stars, all here to share, learn, and inspire.

The community has Freshworks users, partners and employees and acts as your single stop shop for Freshworks product how-to, peer support and thought leadership on best practices. We also use this platform to ideate/innovate with our users directly on improving our product platform.

Share your best practices, learn from one another, inspire with your ideas, and encourage peers within the community so we can all become better together.

Dos:

  1. Be polite & respectful

We’re a global community of people who are all different. We may all think differently, see and believe in different things. Let us all be polite, respectful, and civil in our interactions with others in the community

  1. Be relevant

The community is a place for everyone to learn and upskill. To enable productive discussions, enlightening conversations, and crazy ideas, let us keep our comments and thoughts focussed according to each post.

If you have bigger ideas, or a new question, start a new thread in the relevant board, rather than interrupting an existing discussion. You can also send us an email or give us a ring. We’re happy to hear from you.

  1. Safeguard everyone’s privacy

The community is open to every member, and every information is visible. Let us all respect every member’s privacy. Don’t share information about yourself, or any other member that is sensitive/would not want to be publically available.

Do not post personal information that you receive in one-to-one communications and private messages without the other party’s consent.

  1. Share & learn

Learning from peers is one of the founding principles of the community. They also say knowledge is wealth. The one thing that makes this community richer, is the knowlede available on the platform. Share your experiences, expertise, and ideas for everyone to learn, upskill, and master. You may have the right answer to someone’s question, or you might just crack a crazy solution through the discussions, so delight others by adding your insights to the conversation.

  1. Use good judgment

This is a forum for everyone to learn. So, let’s try and share our most authentic and genuine experiences and insights. On the other hand, let’s also remember that what is shared here is pertinent to that individual/company/implementation/industry, and may vary from that of another member. Apply good judgment as you would to information anywhere else on the internet.

By engaging with and contributing to the Freshworks Community you agree to follow these rules as well as the full Freshworks Community Terms of Use.
