Apps, Apps, and more Apps!!

Besides the growing list of custom applications I build for our organizational needs. We use a number of published apps. My favorites are Attachment Viewer, Google Analytics, Ticket Conversation Customizations, and the full list of Orchestration Applications!!!!!

Curious to see what others like and how they have used them!

We like using Detailr to allow our techs to easily see requester information like alternate phone numbers and division information without having to leave the ticket screen. Quick View Requester Assets also is a great app that helps to provide at a glance information related to the requester’s assigned hardware. One last one is the Retain CC in Ticket Replies that we use frequently to keep non-agents informed about ticket updates that they are wanting to be kept in the loop on.

All create usecases and apps that help with those. Thanks for sharing @keefe.andrews!

Love threads like this!

Learned about Attachment Viewer, Detailr and Retain CC in Ticket Replies - will take a look at these.

Here’s what I am using:

  • Display Department Properties - my fav - puts a widget in the ticket properties so agents can see curated and custom fields from the Company page -- hopefully it won’t conflict with Detailr
  • Toggle Note visibility to Public - we very rarely use private notes so it saves clicks
  • Expand Ticket Description - saves staff needing to hit the [Show/Hide] button - we have long emails that are in the description - again saves a click
  • Ticket time entry Customizations - to switch to non-billable time as the defaul
  • Ticket Conversation Customizations
