My company sells bicycles directly to customers via our Shopify webpage (we have the connection between Shopify and FreshDesk already operational), and I'm in need software/platform/extension that can allow me to: Track the "life" of my products and know based on the Shopify purchase date information whether this product is still under warranty Track any further rework, change of parts, change of product, maintenance work, etc... has been done to the product. Identification of the product can be based on the unique order number a customer is assigned when purchasing through Shopify, or using the customer's email at the moment of purchase. Track the costs associated with any of the events associated above.I hope I expressed my needs. What I'm thinking may be a good example is when you take your car to service with the dealership. They have a software/platform which tracks if any parts have been previously changed, all of your maintenances, cost of labor, etc. Any idea what might help me
I am about to make a new service catalog with items in it, but unfortunately did I by a mistake not clone a template but overwrite it instead. So the Thumbnail picture is now gone - no where to be found :( Can I, in anyway find the Freshservice default Icons for service catalogs somewhere? I don´t think this will be the last time, and I really need a mobilephone Icon :D Please help us out
Hello, At our company we use Jumpcloud and Freshservice (growth plan). Both great tools :) Now i would like to move a bit further and start using approval based workflows. I have an issue when i don’t have reporting manager set for the user inside the Freshservice. So i figured out, i could grab it from Jumpcloud side, so made this flow: A12 will get requester email and look for manager ID.And A11 i get email of that user reporting manager. So far so good. I am happy. Now i think, i will add action to send approval email to.. And to my surprise i cannot use variables from A11. why there is this limitation? So i tough about few workarounds:1. update all users on Freshservice to have reporting manager info.2. Send reporting manager field during SAML login (But there is a catch, that sending custom fields to Freshservice on first user login gives error and user can’t login, but Freshservice do not want to fix it)What other options i have there? Thanks.

Hi All,Hope y’all doing good!I’m facing an issue regarding routing automation custom app in which the call should get connected to the respective routing action depending on the response sent by the app.Application is sending different responses based on the caller. I noticed the call is getting connected to the appropriate call queue in which i have set the response as “Geekfactory” But, When application sends the response as “invalid” in the routing flow which routes the call to the global agents queue but instead of routing the call to the global queue the routing flow breaks and the call gets disconnected instantly.Attaching the screenshot below,
