Hi how can I view all the tags that are in our freshdesk?

All the tags used in your helpdesk can be viewed from under Admin > Agent productivity > Tags and to access this setting, you would need the right agent role (like administrator). Feel free to drop a note here for any further questions. :)

A slightly different question relating to the above. I’m aware I can view the list of tags via Admin > Agent Productivity > Tags, but I am wondering if there is a way to get better visibility into the list from the ticket view.
Right now, in the ticket view all you see is a blank box for “tags”… nothing is displayed there until you start typing a few characters. What I would love if for that text box to also have a drop down option where an agent can browse the entire list of all tags (and that list would bet narrowed based on text the enter).
We’re basically having trouble as some agents don’t know the right characters to start typing to get the proper tag to show in the list. Is there any solution here??
