As your trusty tour guide, I thought it only fair for me to share a glimpse into how you can earn more accolades. RanksGood news: As soon as you make it into the Refresh Community kudumba or family, you are assigned a rank, just for starting out - ‘Community Debut’. Easy!Where does your rank show up? The title next to your name refers to the rank you are currently on. To continue creating a space that provides quick and easy support, I wanted to share a few tips that can help you and our members make the most out of the Refresh community when creating a discussion. Go ahead and tap the ‘Ask the community’ button on the top right corner of the homepage when you’re ready. Choose the type of article you wish to create - question, conversation or idea. Make sure to add a clear and concise title that is easily searchable. In the description box, mention the problem or question in detail to give the reader a full breakdown of what you might be facing. Don’t forget to add tags to your post - this helps in categorizing the content so our members have easy access when faced with a similar situation. Hey, I’m Rhea, your designated tour guide to get started on the Refresh Community.Our first stop: The Community Profile. Often forgotten by many, we believe it is the best place to create a solid first impression. Just go to your profile (top right) and click on settings. Add a profile picture of your liking. Fill in the information for the remaining fields. Update your forum signature with relevant details.And, voilà… your profile is ready!Pro tip: Don’t forget to add an avatar! It does not necessarily have to be a picture of yourself, just make sure it is appropriate. It helps in adding more credibility to your profile while conversing with other community members.
