We would love our email replies to be as accessible as possible. Adding an alt description to images is pretty basic.

EG:

<img src="a_nice_image_signature_with_text.png" alt="An avatar of the support agent with his name, John Doe">

But I don't see a way to add an alt tag to images in FreshDesk.
