No longer able to upload photos to agents profiles, looks fine but when you click save nothing happens.



I'm having the same issue




I can now upload the photos for some users




@JoeThere was an issue with respect to updating the agent profile picture which was fixed some time back. Please drop in an email to support@freshdesk.com if you still face issue with this.
