Can I embed an outside app onto my Freshdesk to use alongside tickets

Could I embedd a working app or website alongside my customer tickets to use while I resolve them? Freshdesk does not work with my current ecommerce system, but if I could just embed it alongside, I could enter orders easily without opening a new window.
