Hi Fabio,
Looks like you do not have SSL certificate installed for the URL https://support.rubiconred.com because of which you are not able to log in using Google. Our team is currently looking into this and to fix this at the earliest. For now, you can use your Freshdesk URL to log in using Google which should work without any issues.
P.S We would recommend you to get an SSL certificate for the vanity URL. Please write to support@freshdesk.com and we would help you in setting this up!!
