Contact redirection after activation email

Hi Guys.

I just created a contact but there was no activation email sent to contact's email, until i sent it manually.

After activation the contact redirected to admin. Am i doing something wrong?

    Can you please verify if the option User activation email under Admin -> Email notifications -> Requester notifications section has been turned on?
