Create ticket from anonymous user api

Hi


I need to submit tickets from anonymous user with API (post on /helpdesk/tickets.json).

I do not need other action for users. What can I do?

    Apologies for the delay in updating from our end.


    There's an upper cap on the number of API calls made in an hour for an account. We would need the user's identity to track the number of calls. This is the reason we do not support anonymous users' API to create tickets.
