Hello 

I try to publish my first Custom App which was successfully tested and packed.

I got this message without any additional information : 


Your custom app could not be published due to a technical issue.

Please resubmit the app in the developer portal. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Custom App could not be published 


Any idea ? 

Am I suppose to create a ticket ?

I tried adding a custom app to my test account and was able to publish without any issues. We might want to look into your app files to possibly determine the error. I've created a support ticket for you and one of our support heroes will get in touch shortly.
