Hi, we just uploaded articles to a new freshdesk, the translator feature on the top right corner is not working, no translations can you please help.

Hello Marcus,
For the articles to show up in a specific language, the translated version had to be setup for each article under the solutions section. It doesn't translate articles automatically and that would be the reason why no article shows up on the portal for other languages.
