Hi, why is it I cannot view the customer satisfaction satisfaction survey in the link?

In case if you're testing it out with an agent email address, Freshdesk strips off the satisfaction survey link as it is restricted to be displayed only for the customers.

You can navigate to the Customer Satisfaction report under the Reports section to retrieve the survey results.
