For the past few hours the Dispatch'r rules have not been assigning tickets. Anyone else having similar issues?

Our email service provider had an unexpected outage in one of their servers that had an impact on the Dispatchr rules execution at our end. The issue has been resolved now and the mail delivery is normal and also the rules would have been executed by now. Really sorry for the inconvenience caused!

Thank you. Yes they are working. I appreciate the prompt reply. I have to say we have been using Freshdesk for the past couple of months and we love the product. Can't say enough about it. Keep up the great work.
