e-mail does not convert to ticket - SMTP says succesfull delivery

Hi, the following screenshot is from our SMTP relay/Spam filter. It states the e-mails are deliverd succesfully but they do not show up in Freshdesk. Can you please check where they are, they are also not in the spam folder.
