Hi everybody!


Iuse freshdesk to manage a mail address linked to a website. It all works very well except when our customers contact us via this page. The contact form send the mail to the oceaninitiatives@surfrider.eu address since I can see the mail from Outlook.

But it is not forward to Freshdesk.


Do you know why?

This can be due to autosubmitted-autogenerated tag that will be added in the headers when the From and Reply-to addresses are same. This will not allow a ticket to be created.
