Freshdesk modal widget not displaying on safari

Hi,


I have this code below for FreshDesk modal widget. It's working fine on firefox and chrome but the modal is not working on safari. I've attach the screenshot that was taken on chrome and safari.

    That's very unfortunate. Can you please help me with the version of Safari & OS information so that we can see if this is localised to a specific combination?

    Thanks for your quick reply on this issue. We were testing it on safari running on windows but its running OK on safari running on Mac.
