I have been getting this message every time I change the status of a ticket. Does anyone know what this means or how to fix it.?  I am new to Freshdesk and am still figuring my way around.



Same thing here - we're also getting tickets re-apprearing once they've

been resolved and effectively resubmitting themselves about a day

later. 




I am also getting this for the last 2 days when trying to reply to a ticket.

@all, We had an issue for Sprout accounts on Friday, which we identified and fixed immediately.



Had an update to the Android app' on Saturday and all now seems fine.
