Hi, How do i hide creation agent's name in tickets and replies, in API calls I am using my API key and it shows created by: SREERAG and SREERAG added a reply etc.

The Created_By value is an indication of who created the particular note/reply and at the moment, there is no option to hide this content from showing up on the ticket. We'll definitely take this into consideration if we receive more similar requests from our users.
