The ticket panel in FreshDesk has become nearly unusable when filtering any reasonable amount of tickets. For example, using 3 filters to display about 24 tickets, FreshDesk skyrockets the computer's memory usage from 800 MB to 4GB! This is crazy! Even without filtering, the performance of FreshDesk is not great. I've tried Mac OS, Windows 10, Safari, Firefox, IE, It's all the same problem
I see that there was another thread that was closed and unresolved with the updates to be provided in Mint's release notes. Please address this as soon as possible!
