is there a limit to the number of contacts that can be added to a company

Just wondering. My company has the blossom plan. and one of my clients (Companies) is asking for a bunch of contacts to be added to the system (NOT Agents) so they can report issues.


I haven't found a limit, but the most I have added to date is 11 for one company. Not sure if this is limited or not? I don't even know how many contacts the client is thinking of adding, so this might not be an issue. I just wanted the information incase they want to add an excessive amount so I can say no or no problem :-)

We do not have any restrictions in the number of contacts associated with a company. However, please note that you can associate up to 300 companies with a single contact (applicable to Estate and Forest plans in Freshdesk).
