We are trying to integrate Freshdesk with JIRA. We have followed all the steps required to finish the integration. But when I select submit, it returns the following error jira reports the following error : Login failed. I have verified that the JIRA account is an admin account and the credentials are correct. I was able to login to JIRA using the credentials given.
