Media queries working only for logged in users

Hi, there's an incredible phenomenon going on: the media queries I added

in the custom stylesheets works only for logged in user. If I logout

they are not there anymore. Is it a known issue of some sort? I cleaned

the cache many times and checked also on other computers.
