Closing the modal pro-grammatically in freshdesk app v2 build

    I am wondering about this as well. Is there a way to programmatically close the add-on sidebar from within the add-on?

    It was an oversight on our part to omit this API. It is now in development. We should have it out in ~3 weeks. Will post an update here once it is live.
