Hi,

Just wondering if you are planning on implementing Microsoft Teams (Similar to Slack) into your supported apps?

I would be very interested in it!

I can't seem to find Microsoft Teams in the FreshService>Helpdesk Productivity > Apps>Get more apps....

I have been successful with installing the plugin in Freshdesk but still cannot find the app in the Microsoft Teams store. Are there any suggestions on how to get this app from the store? Are there plans to roll out globally for Microsoft customers?
