No Satisfaction Survey

On Sprout, I set up a satisfaction survey which I manually added to a ticket when I resolved it.

Since upgrading to Blossom, the icon for manually adding this has disappeared.

I amended this to send with every Resolved Case but it seems no one is receiving the survey prompt.
