Email notifications have not been received for the past week, and I've confirmed that no changes have been made on our end with our whitelists. Has anything changed recently that would be blocking our email notifications?

We could see that the email notifications are getting delivered to your server except for a couple of instances where they got deferred ( failed on the first attempt ) due to remote connection failure with your server IP. Here's the email delivery log of one such email that got delivered pretty recently:
