we have agents that we can not remove ( in attachment )

I do not find how to remove them

    Hello Fabien,


    Can you please check if the agent is listed as an account administrator ? If yes, it would be possible only by another account administrator. The hierarchy is as follows : Account administrator > Administrator > Supervisor
