Opera bowser: subit form description field not working

 The description field in the ticket submit form is not editable in Opera win7.

    Works fine for me with latest Opera 20.0.1387.91 Are you by any chance using Opera 12 or lower? Opera 15 and above will almost always work exactly like Chrome, but versions 12 and below are based on Opera's own rendering and JavaScript engines so there may be some incompatibilities.
