When inside a ticket we use the Forward functionality, the forwarded mail has the following header:

Auto-Submitted: auto-generated

This header is causing issues on our side because it is rejected as auto-generated to prevent email loop. But this one is not auto-generated, it is indeed explicitly forwarded in the ticket tool to a third party.


Is it possible to send a mail from the ticket without the header Auto-Submitted: auto-generated ?

We're really sorry for missing out to reply on this topic. Just adding the comment here in case if you haven't noticed the change in the behaviour.






As of now, the automated emails ( sent via notifications/automations ) will bear the Auto-Submitted:Auto-Generated tag and it would not be added to the emails that are manually forwarded by the agent in the helpdesk.
