I'm evaluating Freshdesk. I created my own support portal. 






Differently from this Freshdesk support portal, I can't search the topic/posts by author in my own support portal. 






Is this normal in the trial version?

Hope you are doing well.






The search results in Freshdesk are mainly relevance based (i.e) the frequency of the search term (number of times present) in a topic/posts - across title, body and unfortunately it is not possible to search the topic/posts by author.






And this behaviour is applicable for all the plans including trial versions.
