When agents are logged in, they should be able to search the entire site including all the notes that have been created by other agents and the information of all status of ticket text. Right now, it seems like the search feature does not do that. Any ideas on this?

Thank you for reaching out to us here.
We are soon moving to Elastic search which will let you search for private notes created by other agents on a ticket.
This is currently undergoing testing cycles and we look forward to release it pretty soon.
