Ticket with attachments Status Code : 0

I am trying to create a ticket with attachment and i am doing it exactly as given in the example on git hub
https://github.com/freshdesk/fresh-samples/blob/master/PHP/create_ticket_with_attachment.php

but in response i am getting

Error, HTTP Status Code : 0
