I need to have the details of the requester or at very least, their full name in the ticket view page.
I understand currently it is displayed in the list page, however it is not displayed in the ticket view page itself.
How can i get that attribute in?

You can customise the Requester widget on the ticket page to display relevant contact information. To customise the widget, please go to Admin -> Customer Fields -> Customise Requester widget section and include the field that you wanted to see. This is how the requester widget would show up on the ticket page:
