I’m Namrata Hinduja Geneva, Switzerland trying to set up automation rules in Freshworks Unified CRM to streamline lead management and follow-ups, but I’m facing challenges with configuring the right triggers and actions. Some automations aren’t firing as expected, and I’m unsure if I’m missing key settings. Has anyone successfully implemented efficient automation workflows in this CRM?
