Logmein (Pro or Free) and/or TeamViewer/VNC or so

Sometimes we are supporting coworkers (or even clients with a close bond) and it would be nice to be able to start a remote session from the Freshdesk website. I use Panda COP Antivírus and it is possible to do that from their web interface.

We use TeamViewer and some sort of integration would be invaluable.


Just a few ides...

- ID's and Passwords could be saved to each contact which could then be synced with the online console in TeamViewer

- TeamViewer online console logs each connection with time spent on each session which could be imported back into Freshdesk for billing.


Perhaps a FreshPlug could be created for this integration?

We use on premise remote support appliances from RHUB in order to remotely access computers. It is easy to use and best part is, it has no download of any kind.

Thank you so much for your feedback and extremely sorry for the delay in updates. Integration with TeamViewer is not in our roadmap. For now, we have LogMeIn Rescue integration. I will keep you guys posted on any updates in similar integrations.

Due to LogMeIn Free discontinuing, our company moved to Teamviewer and bought a Premium license there.  I suspect a lot of other companies have done the same thing.  Due to the recent events at LogMeIn, is Freshdesk reconsidering their stance on Teamviewer?

Thank you for pointing that out. We are currently considering a TeamViwer integration now that the LogMeIn Free has been discontinued.

We are looking to integrate remote support directly in to our Helpdesk solution, so good as Freshdesk is if integration with Teamviewer is not actioned soon we may be forced to re-think our entire Helpdesk set up.  I would prefer not to have to do this so some idea when we might see this integration implemented would be appreciated.

GoToAssist!

It's been 2 years and I was wondering if it would be possible to make integration for GoToAssist or GoToMeeting. This is our main support tool. Sometimes we use Teamviewer but 99% of the time it's Citrix GoToAssist or GoToMeeting.
