Many of our users, in their email settings, use a default send-as email address that is different from their primary email address (which is used by Freshservice). When these users receive an approval request, they often forget or don’t know to change their from: address to match the address to which the approval was sent. This results in the helpdesk responding "you do not have permission to approve”.
I would like the system to be smart enough to accept the response from a secondary email address that is associated with a user.
