Hi,

 

we are using Freshdesk connected to our GoogleMail-Support-Adress.

This was working for 2 years without any problem - just today we got confirmation that there is no server connection. 

When loggin in to Freshdesk we can connect (and also reconnect) to google drive.

But when saving we got the message that there is an error with authentification on SMTP-Server - but we did not connect via SMTP, we connected directly via Google-Login.

Whats the problem?!

We’re also having the same problem I contacted support, and it sounds like it’s a problem that they’re aware of and working on. Although it’s a bit concerning that it’s lasted all day without any updates or ETA.


We are currently in a live session with the Google team to address the issue with our custom mailbox. We are actively working to resolve the issue and will keep you updated on any further developments. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this process.

Yeah, issue seemed to clear up for us around 2:30 PST yesterday.
