Hello,

we just set up the system and testing it….
at first the testusers were able to register and log in via mail & password….

Now the Customerportal LogIn is asking for a API-Token?
How can i change it back to the mail & password login?

The term 'password' being translated as 'API-Token' in German and other languages on the customer portal has been acknowledged as a bug in Freshdesk. Our developers are working towards a fix for the same. 

We could see that a ticket had already been created for this query (#12743760). We shall get back to you on the ticket once the fix is deployed.
