Hey Community,

I’m really struggling to find a solution to this seemingly normal type of action. 

I need a way to bulk change the company field on a handful of tickets. 

Help? Please?

I understand you are looking to bulk update your company fields, unfortunately we do not have a provision to have this done, through the UI of freshdesk. 

But we do have a work-around through API, where you can update the ticket company field, by running a script with additional developer assistance,

You can update the Company ID from here, but please keep in mind that this attribute can only be updated if the ‘Multiple Companies’ feature is enabled (i.e : Estate plan and above).
