How to create webhook for contact creation/update using rest apis

Greetings from Freshdesk support. You can navigate to Admin > Automation > Ticket creation or ticket update rule and execute a webhook. Please refer https://developers.freshdesk.com/api/#create_contact for sample payload to create a contact via API .

In Freshdesk you use the automation rules, you have a action option to create a webhook. 

In Freshservice you have a node called Webrequest in worksflow automation
