In my solution I would like to send as much information as possible about the author of the ticket but as well as the context he is in. For example :

ID, PostalCode, LastPurchase etc etc


Do you know if its possible using freshdesk's API ?

Are you looking to send across the requester's information to him/her via an agent reply? If so, you could make use of placeholders on the agent reply template.

We have also logged this as a ticket for you. You should be hearing from our support team soon.
