Since you’re trying to connect Freshdesk to a third party app, you might have to check with the app provider to see what exactly is happening. If the API key that you’re providing for integration is right, you should’t ideally see this error. Also, kindly make sure the API key given is of a full time Account admin’s so that there’s no issue with the flow.
