Auto complete for forward/bcc/cc not working properly after update

Seems to be very case sensitive, and can't type too many letters of the name.

IE. I tried to add "Jerrod" to an email chain, I had to type in Jerro to get it to come up, if I typed in Jerrod, it did not find anything.

Note: I am in Firefox, tried it in IE, same deal.
