Hi Robin,
You can use the Freshdesk API to interact with the help desk from inside your application. The API can be used to read and modify tickets, solutions and other entries in your portal. You can get started by obtaining your key from User Profile > Profile Settings > Your API key.
Once you get hold of the API key, use the documentation here to get started. For more information on obtaining a list of tickets by a specific client, please go here.
