I clicked on the Cards view, the screen refreshes and now the screen is blank.  And I can't switch back to the list view.  HELP

Looks like there is an issue with the Table view on Chrome browser. Can you please check if you're able to access the page on a different browser? Also, we've heard from few users that upgrading Chrome seem to have resolved the issue.

Correction... I said Card View, but it's actually Table View.  I clicked on Table View and everything disappeared and now I can't see anything.  I updated Chrome, but that made no difference.


Card view is working in Edge.

Can you please check if the browser zoom on chrome is set to 100% ? We've seen cases wherein the browser zoom panned out on either sides seem to cause an issue with the table view.

I also have this error in chrome. My java console reports the following error when I click the table view -

@Randall: This seems to be specific to the layer on which Mint was built on. Will chat with the team and confirm if that's the case and see how quick we can fix this.


Question - When you see this error, do you momentarily see the ticket list page and then a white blank screen? How does this impact the behaviour?


Also, does this happen only on chrome? Did you try out other browsers as well? Can you share the information of the OS/browser version so that we can try replicating the instance here?

@Aravind: I do see the ticket list then the white blank page. The page seems to save this view as preferred method and persists until the cache is cleared. this resets the defaults for the page. I am using chrome version 66.0.3359.181 (Official Build) (64-bit)on windows 10 home edition. I don't normally use another browser but will test others. I may have also opened a support ticket via web chat for this issue as well.

We've figured out that this happens when the browser zoom is not set to 100%. We're working on a fix for this issue and you can expect that to be rolled out soon.

Happy to let you know that the fix has been deployed for this issue. You'd no longer see infinite page loads because of the browser zoom setting.
